Alpha UTV
Tire – The American Made Leading Aftermarket All Terrain ATV / UTV Tire.
Developed,
engineered and manufactured in the United States, the Alpha is
truly unlike any tire on the market. Valor Off-Road has been manufacturing UTV
specific tires for over 15 years. We developed the Alpha UTV tire from the
ground up, overthinking every aspect along the way. Want to tackle some trail
obstacles? Combine the Alpha's balanced H1 rubber compound, multi-tiered tread
pattern and deep shoulder armor for the ultimate upgrade for those difficult
sections of trail.
The Alpha
deploys a non-directional, massive 20mm tread across nearly 9 inches of contact
patch – translating to extreme grip in virtually any terrain. Valor Off-Road’s
engineering team accomplished designing a tire that can handle any terrain
while being significantly quieter than the competition at high speeds. They
used tire tread harmony, which requires each tread block to be studied and
slightly adjusted in both shape and width – this makes an enormous difference
for long distance, hardpacked trails.
The
detail added to the Alpha’s sidewall design doesn’t just look great, it adds an
additional layer of protection and increased puncture resistance. The deep, 360
degree sidewall crown reduces flex when airing down is the only option. Maintain
forward traction with the Alpha’s aggressive shoulder side lugs which add an
extra biting edge when you need it most. Stone ejectors are strategically
placed between shoulder lugs for optimal armor.
65
DUROMETER – Balanced Compound. Striking a balance between durability and
performance can be tricky. Valor went softer than most of our competitors and
landed on a balanced compound durometer rating that gives you the bite you want
when you need it, and the durability to last thousands of trail miles.
