Do It Right with RackBoss 2.0
Old racks give you unresponsive steering, and we know the rack on your RZR 800 has been around the block a time or two. Upgrade to SuperATV’s Polaris RZR 800 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion to get durability to last a lifetime. We built on the strengths of our original RackBoss by upgrading it with our unmatched X24 Tech dual-bushing design. It reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock, making it the longest-lasting rack you can get. That strength and reliability make it perfect for steering massive tires on nasty terrain without snapping parts left and right.
X24 Dual Bushings Make RackBoss 2.0 Last Longer
RackBoss 2.0 is built to take on intense rides year after year without loosening up and getting unreliable. But how do we do it? Our X24 dual-bushing technology is the key. We use tough PTFE bushing on both ends of the rack to remove play from your gears. Less play on your gears means less motion on your internal tension spring and less wear overall. That’s how it’ll outlast any other rack you’ve ever used. Plus, the built-in grease fitting lets you maintain your rack easily instead of trying to pack grease through the seals.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are super sturdy but lightweight. The 7/8” diameter tubing flares out to boost its strength even more and comes paired with tougher tie rod ends. They have huge 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads that are the toughest you can get. This kit will keep you in control.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
With 1” diameter solid steel bar tie rods, you’ll have more than enough strength for big tires and unexpected impacts. But the weakest part of any steering system is the tie rod ends. That’s why we’ve beefed ours up by giving our heim joint tie rod ends 3/4” rod threads. And our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use 16 mm rack threads. Together they make your RZR 800 rack and pinion’s typical weak spot stronger than ever.
Looking for a More Traditional Rack?
If you don’t need all the benefits of a RackBoss 2.0, you can dial it back to our original, more traditional RackBoss 1.0. It uses the same beefy housing but doesn’t include the extra PTFE bushing. Our RackBoss 1.0 Rack and Pinion comes with steel swaged tubes that are tougher than stock and perfect for casual riders looking for an upgrade. It’s finished with our tough 14 mm inner and outer tie rod ends so you can ride harder without worry.
